Listen
We begin with questions: what are the goals, what experience already exists and what matters most? This conversation gives us a shared understanding of the task.
OUR APPROACH
A good partnership needs more than a positive first impression. We make objectives, responsibilities and decisions clear, from the first conversation through to a project review.

OUR PROCESS
We begin with questions: what are the goals, what experience already exists and what matters most? This conversation gives us a shared understanding of the task.
We define what the project should achieve and what is realistic. Budget, time, audience and creative requirements are considered together.
Who delivers what, by when, and who approves it? We keep roles and communication clear. If the scope changes, we discuss the implications together.
We review both results and the working relationship. Beyond metrics, we consider feedback and practical lessons for future projects.
WHAT MATTERS TO US
We want expectations to be shared early and conversations to stay open when an idea is still taking shape. A clear brief should provide direction without prescribing every creative decision. Not every opportunity needs to be accepted: a considered no can be just as important as a confident yes.
HOW WE MAKE DECISIONS
We look beyond whether a profile visually suits a brand. Topics, perspective, language and the relationship with the community also need to align. A partnership should make sense within a creator’s content.
We discuss expectations on both sides. What story should be told? What can the creator contribute from their own experience? Where might a collaboration feel unconvincing? These questions guide our choices.
Not every enquiry is the right next step. We consider workload, existing partnerships and personal development. An opportunity can be declined if it does not serve the agreed goals.
We aim for collaborations both sides can stand behind. That takes openness about boundaries and a willingness to rethink an idea when needed.
EVERYDAY COMMUNICATION
We bring open questions together and keep important agreements clear, including deliverables, dates, feedback and approvals. Everyone should understand what is needed next and why a decision has been made.
Questions should be raised early. If a brief is unclear or an idea needs more preparation, we look for a practical solution together.
Creative projects do not always follow the original plan. When dates move or requirements change, we first consider the impact on everyone involved, then agree what adjustment is sensible and possible.
We want commitments to remain realistic. Good collaboration also means resetting expectations before unnecessary pressure builds.
THINKING LONG TERM
Profiles, brands and audiences evolve. We discuss which topics may become relevant and which opportunities should deliberately be left aside. New formats make sense when they support the wider direction.
A review should lead to a concrete choice: continue a format, clarify a brief or adjust the selection. This keeps our work responsive to lessons from the actual collaboration.
